Alaska Bride On the Run (Harlequin Historical #999)

Alaska Bride On the Run - Kate Bridges This book was too underwhelming for me to write a full review. In summary:- Too much telling, not enough showing- Two-dimensional characters. The good characters were GOOD. The bad characters were EVIL. The lack of nuance or subtlety made them uninteresting- Really predictable plot. Nothing about it begged me to keep reading.- Under-developed romance. The hero and heroine didn't talk very much. The "romance" was almost all proximity lust, with too little discussion between them to show why this was once-in-a-lifetime HEA love.- Spotty period and setting details. I felt like the author kept forgetting this was Alaska.
